The Temple Tax

When Jesus and Peter were in Capernaum, the temple tax collectors asked if Jesus paid the tax. Jesus told Peter to go fishing, saying, "Take the first fish you catch. When you open its mouth, you will find a coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours." Peter obeyed, and there was the coin. God can provide for every need—even in unexpected ways.
